CAVDAS Substance Use Outreach Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,931.00 per annum

Role Overview: This role will provide an assertive outreach response to people who access
our services who are not currently engaged in treatment provision and recovery support
and or require complex unmet need proactive engagement tools to facilitate access to
services and reduce barriers to engaging in treatment. The role will work closely with
housing support, homelessness services and Statutory providers of specialist clinical
substance use support, and social care.
